We originally bought the home through Melissa and were impressed then. When the time came to sell we had no hesitation in going to her again. Kaikoura is a small town with many higher priced homes competing for the small pool of buyers. Melissa is bright and outgoing, very enthusiastic and really pleasant to deal with.
