After an amazing experience working with Creighton to sell our house, it was such a pleasure to have him help us find our perfect home. Creighton was so flexible and helpful during the process and has the patience and care you want in a buyers agent. He was very helpful in sending us listings that matched what we were looking for and also bringing forward off market opportunites. He was stress free and very knowledgeable, considering he only had a year's experience in the real estate game!

We were impressed with Crieghton from the beginning. He was very personable and made us feel at ease as we started the process to sell our first home. He had brilliant communication, provided great advice and was always there to bounce ideas off. He helped us with staging advice to make sure our house was looking in tip-top shape for any potential buyers and kept us well-informed throughout the entire process. Tait was excellent to deal with throughout our purchase. He was consistently responsive and helped coordinate the builder on a number of pre-settlement items, from minor defects to access for repairs and remedial work, often at short notice. He kept us updated on title and subdivision timing along the way and was always quick to follow up when we had questions. His communication was clear, friendly, and professional from start to finish, which made the process much easier given we were managing this purchase from overseas. Would happily recommend Tait to anyone buying in the area.
