We worked with Angela to initially find a home out of the city and once we met her and decided we liked way of communication etc we hired her to help sell our current home. There was a lot of variables with the sale and purchase of the two properties, Angela knew how to market well, without pushing us into situations that didn’t meet our real life needs as many companies do to people often. Angela was kind, communicated often and helped us through areas we didn’t know things about. We would definitely work with Angela again.

Sarah was open and easy to deal with from the time we first met. She gave us enough information on our property to assist us in making up our mind to sell, we had been thinking about this for 12 months. We were happy with the sale plan and she kept in touch with us throughout. During this time she was also helping us look at properties, sending us information on properties and coming around with us to view. She supported us through our sale and also on the auction day when we purchased our new property. We could not have managed this as well without her assistance, she was always there to answer our questions. We would recommend her to anyone.

We have worked with Jane over the last couple of months to buy a house in Christchurch. She was always willing to go to see houses, even when they were marginal, and reported back on sale prices etc. While we actually found the house we wanted to buy without her, she did a great job of liaising with the vendor's agent and helping us deal with a nervous vendor. Once we bought the house, she went the extra mile to make sure our internet worked and the hot water worked! We highly recommend her.
