Charlie went out of his way to ask me what i was looking for and seemed to understand exactly the sort of property that would interest me. Charlie didn't try and show me properties that were outside my brief, he had really listened and he then found me a great place that ticked almost all of my wishlist. Not an easy task! Charlie was professional at all times, but also really laid back and fun. He's an excellent communicator, letting me know updates at all times and made the process really easy. Selling a property can be a stressful experience, however Charlies professionalism and communication was faultless and made the process very easy.
