I have just realised it’s taken me a really long time to submit this feedback.. whoops! Better late than never though!! Hazel went above and beyond, it took longer than expected to sell our house but hazels enthusiasm and commitment to selling never wavered. She always kept a positive attitude and we got there in the end and couldn’t recommend Hazel enough!

Hayden came in and did in 3 months what the 1st agent we used couldn't do in 6 months. He was good to deal with right from the start. He never sat back waiting for buyers to come to him - he was actively advertising and getting feet through the door - not just during open homes, but with private viewings as well. While he had an initial plan, he remained on top of things and was pro-active in adjusting the plan as he needed to - and it delivered the sale in a very tough market.

Throughout the whole process from viewing, placing an offer, right through to settlement and anything that came up in between, I found Hayden to be very helpful, encouraging and super switched on with communication. More importantly was his honesty and authenticity which was very much appreciated. At a time where there were over 40 similar townhouses for sale, with an average sale time of over three months, Hayden got my townhouse sold within three weeks. He is extremely professional has a high market knowledge and top rate negotiation skills, speaking of rates - you do pay a higher percentage in my opinion but if you’re serious about selling I would say get your property in the best shape you can, hand it over to Hayden and start planning your next move because it’s gonna happen faster than you think, this man will work hard to make it happen.
