I really enjoyed working with Leigh. She knows her market well and has practical and helpful advise to get the best experience for potential buyers. Her knowledge extends outside the real estate processes offering support to meet local council requirements. She is well connected in the neighbourhood which enabled us to access tradespeople and contractors efficiently. Her attention to detail and professionalism when working with potential buyers was amazing. She is diligent and committed to follow up after every open home and private viewing. She works very hard to maintain good momentum through the sales process and sticks to timelines. A recommendation lead me to Jannetta, from the minute we met we clicked, and it’s been a fabulous relationship since then. Her attention to detail regarding the sale of my home was outstanding. The Arizto model keeps you in touch with what’s going on, although Jannetta, keeps you constantly informed, regarding every viewing, comments etc. Jannetta and Magenta are honest and hardworking and do everything you would want to get the perfect outcome. Exceeded our expectations.

We have sold properties through Jannetta on two occasions. Certainly with the first property, we were extremely doubtful that Jannetta could get us the sale price she had estimated for us. However, she delivered on her promise and the sale price of our property far exceeded our expectations. With our second property, the market appeared to have slowed down somewhat but Jannetta found a buyer in a very short space of time and we were able to move forward with our plans. We have sold a number of properties over the years (Jannetta having sold the last two) and we will certainly use her services again when the time comes. We can't recommend her highly enough.
