He understood what we were looking for, and what aspects of the house mattered the most to us. What really blew me away was his dedication to arranging open homes. Orion is like a machine! He lined up eight back-to-back open homes in one morning and even managed to squeeze in six on a weeknight after work. That kind of effort is hard to come by! On top of all that he was never pushy. Karen and hubby Murray are an amazing team to work with. Right from the get-go they were supportive and professional. This listing was by no means a standard listing. I am not living in NZ, and contact with me was not as they might have expected, not to mention the 12 hour time difference. Their willingness to get me a great result, and determination to complete the process was exceptional. Very undertsanding during a period that was full of unknowns for me, they had a calming approach. When things got a little complicated they rolled their sleeves up and really pitched in, above and beyond as titled. I could not have gotten through this without them, I was especially lucky to have them recommended to me with a great many agents available.
