In my extensive house hunt, it felt that no believed me that we were serious house hunters. Buyers at an auction are never at any advantage, as no one walks the path beside you. Once through that, this has been the best buyer experience of all the houses we have purchased. This is the 5th house we have owned. It has ended a very exhaustive house search over years.
