Considering Babak was not our local real-estate agent his knowledge and respect for the area was certainly noticeable. For us the seller we had complete faith in Babak. We would use Babak again with 100% confidence.

The selling of our house was a bit stressful for us, as the house we wanted to buy (in Tauranga) was conditional on the sale of our house in Hamilton. We were worried that the property would take too long to sell, and that we would get offers that were too low. The condition of the house we were buying in Tauranga meant that our Hamilton property had to sell for a specific minimum, and within a particular timeframe. Tom sold the house at the minimum target required, and well within the timeframe we needed. All of our goals were met, which meant we've been able to go unconditional on our house in Tauranga. We are very happy with Tom and the service he has provided.

Jim is on top of things and helped us quickly to get to the right property and he was attentive and listened to our needs and wants. He was then able to deliver us the right property within my budget in the area and ticking off everything on our list. He is professional, attentive and great with communication.
