The sale has its complexities as the it had to be carried out remotely, yet Charlie handled every challenge calmly and answered all our questions honestly. We were most grateful for his suggestions on ways to generate more interest. Each week after open homes we were presented with buyer feedback and encouragement throughout the entire process. Following the buyer's building report, several minor improvements were deemed necessary, and all of these were facilitated seamlessly by Charlie.
