I saw Lisa had sold properties in my area and they had achieved great prices at auction. I thought I would add her to the mix when I started meeting agents to sell my own property. As a creature of habit I was going to use my previous agent as we had formed a good working relationship but the draw card of Lisa knowing the area was a factor I couldn’t ignore. I was instantly relaxed on meeting Lisa and Ronald her Co agent and that was an impression I knew buyers would feel when they came through the open homes. I decided to list with them simply based on the figures they had achieved in the past and that calm energy they generated.. Never, in the entire process of working with them did I feel like I had made a bad decision to work with them both. Lisa was a true professional, calm and always collected.
