Our sale wasn't a quick one, and Rith never pretended it would be. He was upfront from the start about the market and what we were likely in for, which was far more useful than an inflated appraisal would have been. He also read the situation on our end well. Selling wasn't straightforward for us personally and he picked up on that without needing it spelled out. He never pushed, never applied pressure to take a number just to get it off his books, and gave us space when we needed it. Patient, honest, and genuinely decent to deal with through a difficult stretch. If you want an agent who'll stick with you rather than chase the fast sale, he's the one.

From the very beginning, Nicky was incredibly easy to deal with and always made us feel like we were in good hands. Although we only met her once, at our first viewing of what is now our home, communication with her throughout the entire process was seamless. She was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely made sure we were well looked after. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mark a few times during the open homes and again for our final inspection over the weekend. Both Nicky and Mark were always so friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to and deal with, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Nicky was fantastic at answering all our questions and helping with any requests along the way, making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Although Nicky wasn’t able to meet us for the final inspection, we’re really hoping to see her again tomorrow when we finally get the keys to our new home!
