We couldn’t be happier with Tom and Ryan and the way they handled the sale of our home. Having moved away from Christchurch, we were selling the property from a distance, so being able to completely trust our agents was incredibly important to us. From the very beginning, Tom and Ryan gave us confidence in their advice and guidance, and we always felt that our home was in safe hands. Their communication, professionalism and attention to detail throughout the campaign were fantastic. We trusted their recommendations around the presentation of the home, staging and preparation, and they worked incredibly hard to achieve the best possible result. They made the whole process feel easy and straightforward, despite us not being there in person, and we always felt informed and supported along the way. We’re incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and Ryan to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you both for making the whole experience such a positive one!

We’re really happy we chose Tom and Ryan Hardy to sell our property. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they kept us well informed throughout the whole campaign. They gave great advice at the right times, which helped us make confident decisions along the way. They were always open, approachable, and happy to answer any questions. We especially appreciated the regular updates and feedback from open homes, so we always knew how things were tracking. We’d happily recommend Tom and Ryan to anyone looking for knowledgeable and supportive agents.

The unit sold very quickly and Ryan and Tom were great to deal with. Communication was very good, so overall I'm very pleased with the outcome.
