Zoe helped us sell our house in a professional manner. She gave clear explanations of the process of selling a house, what they offered as a realtor, and gave us insightful and useful tips and advice in helping us stage the house for putting it on the market. Zoe was very personable and offered is assistance with empathy and understanding of how stressful and unsettling the selling of a family home can be. She also recognised that extra assistance may be appreciated like physically helping moving furniture when we go the carpets cleaned prior to the open homes. She was always upbeat and we felt that she gave an honest opinion on any matters or queries we had regarding the house and pricing. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed in making any decisions with regards a) to putting the house on the market, or b) when offers were made on the house. We generally believed she cared about us as people, not just as vendors, or a means to an end. We would and have recommended her to family and friends.
