Zoe and Jason had a good idea of the current market and their appraisal of our property was in line with the eventual selling price. Weekly open homes were held and every one was attended by groups. Zoe and Jason regularly called in to speak to us to evaluate how the marketing was going. They showed honesty and empathy during discussions and we were able to have full trust in them. We received weekly emails from them showing progress and interest from the different on line platforms that our property was listed in. eg Trade Me, Tall Poppy, One Roof etc. The email reports also showed comments from attendees at the open homes which was helpful. The sale of our house was text book in all aspects of the transaction. Zoe and Jason met us on a number of occasions and were able to direct the journey from putting the house on the market through to the final sale. Their marketing advice was spot-on. If the house is well maintained, clean and tidy, don't clutter it with staging furniture. The right buyer will see the house they want to see, not what the staging company wants them to see. At the first open home Zoe & Jason secured 3 offers, all higher than I expected. You can't ask for better than that. Zoe and Jason were very easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the process until settlement.
