Zena was a ray of sunshine from the moment we met her at the (very) last minute viewing she happily arrange for us. She is super friendly and chatting with her was easy. She made my husband and I feel very welcome at the property. She was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer all of our queries with ease. If there was anything she wasnt sure of, she would seek information swiftly for us. We feel she really bought into our dream of owning the home, and we felt like she was truly invested in getting the sale done for both us and the vendors. We had a roller coaster of a due diligence period, but she remained positive and understanding. She never lost her cool. I would confidently recommend her to any of my friends and colleagues. We particularly liked the game of hide n seek in the new house haha :)
