It is with much pleasure that we provide a testimonial for Zdenka Zinajic. After thirty years of ownership we decided to sell our last remaining rental property. The real estate agent we had used in the past retired last year so we turned to Zdenka for assistance in selling our property. Zdenka's background is impressive and includes a high level of education in her home country. The listing and subsequent sale of our property was managed expertly. We believe Zdenka has all the attributes needed to navigate the various issues a real estate agent encounters - tact, patience, sound judgment, a superb memory and an excellent work ethic. We would most definitely recommend Zdenka to any prospective vendor. They won't be disappointed.

We have loved working with Zdenka. She looked after us, gave us advise, guidance and made the experience fun - we learned a lot! We appreciate the effort and time she put into our project and we are grateful for how smooth the experience was. She always gave us 110%, and she made our family very happy.

We found a genuine connection with Zdenka up to, during and finalising the sale of our property and purchase of new property. Zdenka is unique in the way she personally involves herself in the whole process . At no time did we feel that she wasn’t giving 100% of her time and effort to obtain the best outcome for the sale and purchase of both properties. Her professionalism, real estate experience, knowledge, extensive network connections plus her relationships with her colleagues was invaluable to us. Buying before selling is a complicated process to navigate. We could not have achieved the good results we did without Zdenka to guide us every step of the way.

Good friends recommended Zdenka to us and we now also highly recommend her services to any prospective seller. Her experience was very evident in the way that she dealt with the whole sale process. She kept us well informed and gave us good options at all stages of the sale. Thank you Zenka!

We have known Zdenka for a long time, so she was the obvious person to go to when marketing our home, but that was not the only reason. Zdenka is professional, enthusiastic, humorous, she gives great advice, she is helpful, and there was nothing that was too much trouble, including loving the cat during open homes. She never put pressure on us as vendors, and I believe she would not have pressurised the buyers either. She is discrete, and if one appreciates discretion, she is sensitive to that. We would wholeheartedly recommend Zdenka as your agent, and appreciate the extra mile she went to for us.

Zdenka was great, her knowledge of the area was fantastic. She kept me up to date with progress the whole way through and we got an excellent fast result.

Dealing with Zdenka was a pleasure, she was simply outstanding. We've been looking for nearly 4 years for a home. During all those years, Zdenka was very patient, only contacted us if new property that came onto the market met our requirements and at no stage was she trying to push us into buying. She even provided viewing opportunities on properties which were not part of her own portfolio. Extremely friendly, easy to contact, provided valuable information about the area and different properties. For buying or selling, you'd be in the best hands.

We would like you to know that Zdenka made the sale of our family home an experience we never expected. Zdenka's experience and knowledge of what we had to do to present our home to take full advantage of the marketing campaign during a pandemic is one of the reasons it sold so quickly. The other reason we enjoyed the process so much is your personnel style and the way you communicated with us, we never felt pushed or being bossed around into making decisions we’d regret later. Zdenka is a lovely person to work with and went beyond what anybody else would have bothered with in order to get the best sale for us – so easy and hassle free! All your hard work paid off and we cannot Thank You enough for your professionalism and dedication throughout the process. You made us feel good about our decision and we are very grateful, Kindest regards The Malone Family

We have recently sold our property and have done so a few times in the past with Zdenka’s help. I am convinced that we would not have a good result if it was not for Zdenka. What we particularly appreciate is Zdenka’s transparency. We never felt something is being over promised. Her market knowledge is great. A very hard worker. You cannot but appreciate Zdenka’s effort all throughout each stage of the sale campaign (and beyond, actually). Highly recommend Zdenka.

Zdenka was my agent when I bought the property. She was instrumental in all the improvements I made. Her patience, sense of humour and experience helped change a very tired neglected apartment into a multi million property. She is up to the market, relative and the most thorough agent I’ve had the pleasure to work with. She guided me through the marketing and sale We exceeded our highest expectations Thank you
