Zane Cozens

We had originally listed our property with another agent and, after three months with very little activity and not much feedback, we decided to reach out to Zane. We were really impressed with him from the get-go. Zane was honest with us about the reality of the market, but at the same time was incredibly professional, proactive and positive. He worked hard reaching out to potential buyers, updating the marketing and regularly giving us advice and feedback along the way. Communication was great and we always felt like he was actively doing everything he could to get the property sold. We were absolutely stoked to finally end up in a multi-offer situation and get the property sold within a good timeframe after listing with Zane. Thank you Zane, we really appreciate all your hard work and would happily recommend you to anyone looking for a proactive, honest and hardworking agent.
