Quick efficient stress free sale

Our property was vacant as a family member left for their big OE - as we are in the north island renting it was out of the question and Kendra was recommended very highly to us. Being a member of team Zac she was just amazing offering good ideas ie., staging and her marketing expertise set us up for a Deadline Sale something we were not keen on - she knew the market and obviously has an extensive client base- we sold within six weeks to a family who were looking for a well maintained tidy home. Open homes were well attended in the current climate and reporting all details to us was regular and informative. Costs were very competitive and we got a good bang for our buck - recommend these guys to all wanting a stress free professional sale (or purchase for that matter).
