When we first thought of selling, we were a bit worried about the slow market and how long it may take. Yvonne met us and she immediately put our minds at ease with her vast knowledge of the area (25+ years) and her personal knowledge of our home. She explained the complete process of how best to market our house and what options there were to us. She was honest in her assessment of timing and, unlike another agent we met, she wasn't critical of our older home, but honest and recognized and appreciated the many good things it had to offer.
