We had a We had a great experience working with Yvonne Daire selling our section in a difficult market for sections. We knew from the start we were in the hands of an expert who had sharp awareness of the present market conditions. She also had great understanding of the technical questions asked by the prospective buyers, such as the info we had to get from the city Council. She had great negotiating skills, was quick to respond to questions, was calm, confident, very friendly and communicated promptly and clearly. We would have no hesitation in recommending her for any real estate transaction.
