Highly motivated, very encouraging and ensuring vendor confidence in the process. Excellent communication skills, we were well informed of every step in the process. Very supportive on a personal level and highly knowledgeable. Really "went the extra mile" for us. I strongly recommend her services.

Yvonne has impressed me with her high professionalism, empathy and dedication. She was very supportive, friendly and encouraging throughout the process of the sale of our house in Beachhaven. The sale of the house can be a very challenging and stressful experience. However it is real estate agents like Yvonne who are able to minimise the stress and make you feel that you are not alone but rather part of a very confident and knowledgeable team. I recommend Yvonne to potential vendors without any hesitation.

Yvonne was a very efficient friendly agent to deal with .we were dealing with an deceased estate and did not live in the area so Yvonne’s knowledge was invaluable .She attended to everything we needed and kept us well informed .

Having bought the house from Yvonne, we couldn't think of who better to sell and and she did a fantastic job.

Yvonne is just a pleasure to deal with. The sale of our house was met with disaster when a rat decided to chew through a water pipe that flooded the whole house, delaying the settlement by almost 6 months while repairs were carried out. Yvonne was nothing but helpful during this this time and continued to facilitate the communication between us and the purchasers long after her work was done. She even went to the house and turned the water off when she received the call on that dreaded day! Yvonne really went above and beyond on this one and we appreciate all her help. All the best Yvonne and take care.

Yvonne was amazing to work with and was there every step of the way, keeping me informed and updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and will definitely be enlisting her help for any future purchases or sales!

Yvonne is a fantastic agent. From her warmth and personality that put us immediately at ease to her professionalism and expertise as an agent- we were always in safe hands. The marketing was top class, showcasing our home to highlight it beautifully. She put 150% in to get as many people through the door during a rough lockdown in Auckland. She put us first always. A very safe pair of hands who I would recommend 100%. We have met 100s of agents through our time buying and selling homes and Yvonne is an absolute stand out- a super star.
