Overall it was a good experience, however there were a couple of things not being disclosed such as the laundry cold water tap not working as well as the house was not professionally cleaned, there is flyspots all over the kitchen ceiling, no disclosure of the kitchen cupboards being open from the rooftop back, and so much oil/grease that should have been cleaned.
