Absolutely horrible to work with.

I would never suggest working with Yuvraj, he made the entire, exciting process of my partner and I buying our first home far more stressful than it needed to be. We went unconditional and he couldn’t be bothered reading his emails or contacting his vendor so on the final day we were supposed to go unconditional (actually went unconditional about 2 weeks prior) he messaged me saying we didn’t have the house. Complete bullshit. When we got everything sorted and scheduled our pre-inspection afew day prior to settlement he set the day and time, we showed up and he “forgot” we called and he got there 20 minutes later. So pissed off with it all, I know who won’t be selling my house at any point and I’d suggest nobody else give this guy work. So unprofessional.
