I am writing to provide feedback regarding my experience with Yuvi, the agent who assisted me in finding a home in Rolleston. While I am pleased to have finally secured a property after six months of searching, I am disappointed with the level of service provided by both the agent and the agency. Three days after moving into the house, the garage door fell off due to incorrect installation. When I raised the issue with the agent, I was told it was my responsibility to check such details, despite the property being covered under a 10-year master build guarantee. Although the building company eventually sent someone to provide a temporary fix, I am still awaiting a permanent solution, which I hope will be addressed after the holiday period. Additionally, when I asked if the agency could provide guidance or tutorials on using the electric locks and appliances in the house, I was informed that Harcourts does not offer such services. This lack of support was disappointing, as basic assistance in these areas would have been highly appreciated. Unfortunately, I felt that once the house was sold, the agent and the agency no longer cared about providing ongoing support or addressing concerns. If I were to rate the service provided, I would give it a 1 out of 10
