Yuhei was so patient with us throughout our property buying process. It was our first home so we were knew pretty much nothing, just information we read online. Yuhei would answer any questions promptly and guided us through the process. He was very informative. We are both shift workers so couldn’t make most of the scheduled viewings, but Yuhei organised private viewings and he would make time to be there for us. His response time is super quick you’d think he doesn’t sleep! He replys pretty much anytime of the day which was really appreciated as shift workers. His knowledge of properties is very good, he knows if a house has any red flags and lets us know if the house is in a good condition or not. We liked that he was honest the whole time. He helped us negotiate hard during our final offer. We can’t thank Yuhei enough for all his time and dedication.
