I was introduced to Umezaki san by my friend, and he helped me with buying a house. I told him my preferred area and budget, and he picked out some good houses to show me. He also accompanied me to Open Homes on weekends. I think we saw about 15 houses. Since this was my first time buying a house and I didn't know anything at all, I asked him everything, and he answered all my questions. He also helped with preparations for participating in the auction, introduced me to a building inspector etc. I was able to successfully win at auction thanks to him and his colleague Tracy.
