Yogesh and team are amazing, excellent communication- no what time of the day it was. Best advice was given to us at all times whether it was related to finance or buying home. Easily approachable and very knowledgeable about the current market. Highly recommended your service. Would love to deal with your team in future.

Yogesh is tireless, knowledgeable and is not afraid to tell you the truth, for a real estate agent that's refreshing. After talking to a few different agents we decided to go with Yogesh. He convinced us to use Auction as a sales method. He assured us the auction was the way to go despite our hesitation so he could do what he does best. His words will forever ring true "It's all about the process" We sold our property for much higher than the similar properties sold in the area. We would highly recommend Yogesh to any prospective sellers, trust him with his advice and strategy. Let him do what he's so good at doing, getting you the premium results. This guy is just a Champion.
We would recommend Yogesh. Emails were answered promptly, great advice was given about putting in an offer and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much.
We were very impressed with Yogesh right from the first time we met him he has a great personality and very easy to get on with we found him to be very professional and also very knowledgeable in the property market he explained everything to us on the sale of our property and certainly made it go through with ease. We would highly recommend Yogesh to anyone that is thinking of selling their property 100%. Thank you again Yogesh for all your hard work.

We have had an ongoing relationship with Yogesh for the last couple of years. Yogesh is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated and communicates well. He achieved a fantastic result in a changing market which couldn't have been easy. Once Yogesh had one conditional offer on the table he worked tirelessly to get back offer which he successfully did.
