Both Charlotte and Yasemin seem to know the Pukekohe market well, and are able to provide good advice on what ned sto be done to get the desired outcome. Communication was mostly through "What's App", which took us a bit of getting used to, but worked pretty well. They negotiated well on our behalf.

My journey with Yasemin and Charlotte started nearly a year before the sale of my house, when they did an evaluation on my property. I told them of my plans to sell in the near future and during that time they maintained contact and kept me well updated regarding the property market.
