Wow, wow – what amazing service from Yan Lin! She was always clear in her communication, readily available, and consistently went above and beyond what was required. When we first moved in, the curtain installer accidentally drilled into the main water pipe. Despite it being a long weekend, Yan Lin arranged for a plumber to attend and fix the issue within just a few hours on the very same day. Her responsiveness, dedication, and commitment to helping us were truly outstanding. No matter the time, she was always available and willing to assist.
