Yan helped the reviewer buy this property

Poor communication from day one of final settlement.

We settled to our new property in February and since than we never had seen Yan Lin come to congratulate us for pursuing new home. She had some telephonic conversion with no responsibility , reliability of making sure the work was completed after settlement. Example- like painters were suppose to come fix some of areas and had not come visit us since then. We have had to email Yan Lin with any concerns or issues but the outcome we got was is very poor from agent. She surely would have still got her commission and I guess that was all that matters to her.
