Yan Lin is an excellent agent who always communicated with me thoughtfully and nicely. She also has a fantastic collegue, Rose. Both of them always responded to all my queries in a timely manner and gave me a peace of mind. Such a fantastic team! I was really happy with all the process of selling my property. Indeed my house was sold in a flash even though it was a pretry quiet market these days. I will definately recommend Yan and her team to my friends and collegues if they are thinking of selling their house. Many thanks again!

Lin found us our first family home back in 2016. She is patient and always goes the extra miles. Lin assist us with the purchase of our new home in 2021 through auction and a lengthy negotiation process. We were very impressed with her professionalism and how she always have our best interests at heart. We highly recommend Lin and her team!

We told Yan Lin how much we could afford and she helped us secure the home we set our eyes on. Yan Lin was extremely efficient, even replying to our messages past most people's sleep time (sorry about that). She answered all our questions very patiently and spent a lot of time to help us liase with the vendor. Yan Lin has very good sense of the housing market but was never pushy and greedy with the sale of the house we ended up purchasing unlike some opportunist agents. We still keep in touch with her are hoping to tap on her knowledge to purchase investment property. Yan Lin is hardworking and has positive work ethic. We feel that we can trust her and will recommend her to people who wish to find their dream home.
