Yadvinder (Raj) helped the reviewer sell this property

I recommend Yadvinder (Raj) Goyal.

I gave Yadvinder (Raj) my 2 properties to sell without any hesitation. Both properties sold on values that myself & 2 buyers are happy with. Here is why. I have known Yadvinder (Raj) a colleague from previous. He has put the same energy , dedication & enthusiasm & experience to his current calling for a number of years now. Yadvinder (Raj) has shown understanding & empathy to both myself as the seller & also to the buyers making it possible to come to an agreement & signed both deals. Bit of background : Yadvinders father has been in real estate so the experience has long been deep-rooted in his upbringing. Sad I will not be buying in the Auckland market as we are preparing to move overseas for family reasons. Otherwise I will have used Yadvinder (Raj) experience & service. Thank you my friend for all that you done , the negotiations to make both sales happen & complete without any stress. Continue to do what you best.
