His estimate of the sale timeline also ended up being accurate as we sold in about 6-8 weeks. His communication was prompt via email, text, and call as well as meeting reminders which was helpful. I would have appreciated an initial detail of marketing strategy in terms of selling points of our home as well as being informed about features of our home so potential buyer's would have all information they needed. This would have helped me feel more confident in the beginning and I personally would have appreciated a little less involvement with creating the advert and marketing input. Overall, the experience with Yadi was pleasant and working with him through Aritzo made things simple and clean. We appreciate the work he did in selling our property.
