Lack of skills and client care. He has no interest once you pay the deposit, and the contract is unconditional. His actions cost us additional solicitors fees and delayed the settlement. The vendors have to pay the penalty too. On top, he has threatened to sue me for defamation, if I escalate the matter. Never trust Xavier or some of his team members. Get everything in writing, and cross-check with solicitors too.

When my mom tasked me with selling her house back in Jan 2022 I was horrified.. didn't know what to do, had no idea where to begin so I jumped online and signed up with FindMyAgent.
