William was an excellent communicator and very quick with all responses. He knew the market and what I needed to do to sell and so I managed to get a very quick sale in a difficult market. He negotiated a price that I was happy with, without being pushy in anyway. He was always professional but also a naturally warm friendly person to deal with. Highly recommend.
