Will's local expertise and advice was invaluable when we first made the offer on the property, but the subsequent process turned out to be far from straighforward due to unexpected work being needed on the property before completion. However Will kept us in the loop throughout this, was easy to get hold of when we needed to obtain any details or updates, and kept matters moving along. We found Will to be very helpful, patient and professional. The sale of our previous house took about a year. During that time, he maintained regular contact with us and also liaised with the owners of the house we had a contract on to keep them up to date on our (lack of) progress. Prior to final purchase of the house, he conducted a pre-sale inspection for us as we couldn't be there in person to do it ourselves.
