We chose Will as we love his raw but fun and vibrant approach to marketing , will is genuine, super motivated and is a real snap shot of what I would consider a true local who is passionate about the region they represent. All of the above is what I class as a great agent, cheers Will for looking after us!

Will did a terrific job marketing and selling our property. A combination of his knowledge, enthusiasm and tenacity achieved an excellent result. I would thoroughly recommend Will and Rosemarie to anyone looking for a switched on agency team in the Mount Maunganui/Tauranga area.

Thankyou so much Will and Rosemary. You've been bloody awesome to deal with, made everything extremely seamless for us and got us our dream home to do up, couldn’t have asked for better people to deal with ☺️

Will immediately recognised the character of my property and was able to identify people who might buy it. He was able to balance his expertise in the real estate world with his own relaxed, cheerful and inclusive approach. Always on time, he was a really great team player.

Will has been great to deal with. He was professional, knowledgeable and remained positive when numbers were low for open homes. He managed to get a great price for my home and I would definitely recommend him for future buyers and sellers.

My family and I were extremely happy with the Service we received from Will in relation to the Sale of my Home at 201 Grenada Street, Mount Maunganui. Especially how quickly it was sold - really appreciated that as it is rather stressful keeping the house in good condition for all the viewing. I certainly would recommend Will as a great Agent. I give Will a rating of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Will for the recent purchase of our first home. His relaxed, genuine approach was definitely refreshing and he was really punctual with his comms. We have already recommend Will to family and friends and highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell. Thanks again Will!
