Westley was not our first choice, having been recommended another agency and salesperson by an industry-adjacent professional. However it became apparent that Westley had the right attitude from the outset, turning a casual enquiry from us into a lead she was obviously intent on converting. Adopting "old school" service by physically showing up for negotiations and working well into the night proved her determination and resilience, ensuring the outcome for all parties to come together for a mutually beneficial outcome.
