Westley has a great base of local knowledge which she was happy to share with us and make our transition from the city to the local area easier. We meet Westley with a bit of apprehension at first as we didn't really know the area, values and was she another one of those agents that said one thing and done another? Westley showed a level of professionalism but approachable and friendly that we hadn't seen in a long time. She put any worries we had to rest with her communication and knowledge of the area and spoke positively about everyone. We started confiding and at no time did she ever try and sway us in any particular direction. We are pretty laid back people and she recognized that and we were never under any pressure and she was very accommodating. I'm sure there were times where she probably rolled her eyes and wished we would make a decision and disappear (lol). In the end with a bit of perseverance and Westley's assistance and guidance we got there. Very happy with our decision and would definately recommend Westley and if needed we would definately use her again.
