Wesley and Lisa prepared a comprehensive CMA for us allowing us to make a decision about what we wanted to list our property for. Once we were signed up it was a very easy process from having photos and a video created through to signs going up and the advertising campaign commenced. We joked with Wesley creating him a target for sale of 7 days, 8 days later our house had an offer put forward on it - great outcome allowing us to purchase the house we were wanting to move to.
