I had looked around lots of houses to look at the market and had met lots of real agents but they made me hesitate to decide. From the first moment I met Werner at the Open Home, I felt that I was in safe hands. Trust is very important to me and there was not one moment of doubt while dealing with him. He was well informed and was always able to answer my questions. I had lots of questions for a long time but he was willing to answer all my questions and at least I could feel that he was not just trying to sell this house but building connections with buyers. Even after that whenever I requested further information / documents etc, he responded and sent everything through email and phone very quickly. He has a very kind attitude, was always approachable, guided me through the whole process and was very thorough and patient with me. With personal difficulties as a non-English speaker from another country, it was not easy to buy a house by myself but he gave me lots of good advice and information, which I truly appreciate about him and I am very sorry it took too long to write review. Werner was very involved and very helpful from the outset of the process of selling my property. He explained to me the procedure he was going to go through, and then did it with the minimum of fuss. Always easy to talk to , he had the patience to guide me through what the process of selling my house would be, and he managed to do just that in what seemed like a very short time. I always had the real impression that Werner was going the extra mile for me . On Open days he was always punctual, and directions and signs to the Open Home were planted in the ground in the mornings, even though the house wasn't 'Open' till the afternoon. He was in regular contact with me throughout the process to keep me updated when it was necessary to do so, and I would have no hesitation in engaging with Werner again, to sell or buy a property.
