The house we bought was not on our viewing list originally but once we walked in and saw the space we fell in love, we had been dealing with Wendy at another property and did not realise it was one of her listings so when we arrived and found her cheerful self at the door it was great! She had great knowledge of the area, the neighbours and the market pricing, and when we decided to push our budget up a bit to try for it she was encouraging and excited for us. Through the whole process she was fast acting, had great communication, and dealt with us and the vendors professionally.
