Wendy was amazing. She had a really comprehensive knowledge of the area, other recent sales and what buyers would be looking for. When setting a price expectation with us, this was based on her local market experience, and while ambitious, she was careful not to set our expectations too high. She put a lot of thought into the marketing, and planned down to the finest detail when getting set for open homes. We received a pre-auction offer and Wendy clearly laid out the facts and pros and cons, while leaving us to make the decision, then working with the buyer to achieve the best outcome.
