However, our experience over the last few months compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that Wendy provided us across the extended Covid-19 period. From the initial evaluation, to the advice we received on getting our work-in-progress ready for sale, the service was outstanding, and ranged from 'must-do' tasks to 'suggestions', realistic timescales and helpful recommendations. Wendy is professional, experienced, thoughtful, sincere negotiator, she worked tirelessly on our behalf, juggling every aspect of the sale, from simply reassuring buyers, to helping to alleviate stress, to expertly negotiating timescales up and down the chain to pursuing solicitors and always keeping everyone informed, across the entire period. She was readily available whenever we needed information and always, always, in a professional friendly manner. As more of her team returned after lockdown, the same excellent service continued. I know that I would not use anyone else. We have now completed the sale and are delighted with the service we received. Thank you to Wendy and the entire team - you really are AMAZING and truly WONDERFUL. (And I don't say that lightly!).

Wendy sold our house during the Covid19 crisis. We have used Wendy before due to her exceptional professionalism and expertise. Having the pandemic play out in the middle of our sales campaign took things to a whole new level. Wendy's patience, determination and resourcefulness resulted in a sale price above our pre-covid expectation. Throughout the whole process she adapted her sales strategies and kept us well informed about progress and options. Wendy gave us the confidence we needed during lockdown. Before we put our property on the market, Wendy gave great advice from the very first discussion re: wanting to sell! We were live in the market 1-1/2 weeks when lockdown happened! The timing and uncertainty of everything made us question our decision to sell. Wendy kept in with constant contact with us, keeping us updated about every movement happening involving our property. She would call to see how we were going, every time instilling confidence in our decision. As soon as open homes were allowed, Wendy was ready with clients booked for viewings for the next 14 days. Both of us having reached 80 years of age we decided that moving to independent living in a retirement village would be our next move but of course that required the prior sale of our house.
