I have been very happy with Wendy and her team, all very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble and you only had to text the office to get answers to your question. Our home was well advertised and the open home went extremely well with those who were interested followed up within a few days. I would highly recommend Wendy and Harcourt’s Opotiki to anyone.
Both Andy and I found this to be a very pleasant exercise. Wendy was very honest during the viewing of the property and she pointed out to us all that we needed to see even when things needed attention. We have not done anything like this in the last 40 years so we were a little nervous. Wendy I think realised this and gave us plenty of support.

Due to a previous successful sale we chose wendy from Harcourts to list our deceased Mum's house for sale. When the house listing became live we were dealing with the market changing, Wendy advised us on a few price corrections to reflect this. While wendy was away on holiday, Katrina did an excellent job on keeping us informed on progress through emails. After the sale,Wendy was informative on any trades people required to assist us with any small jobs that needed doing.
