I found the whole experience dealing with professionals including Wendy completely disappointing whilst purchasing my first home . From the lack of communication and updates, not offering any pre purchase inspection ( i did not know about this until a friend told me) to me picking up the keys with excitement on settlement day and not even getting a smile or a congratulations just a grumpy receptionist handing me a key when asking me to sign here . Whilst I don’t expect anything too much just a little bit pleasant customer service, advise and support would have sufficed for someone who has just purchased their first home. Would not recommend
