We emigrated to Invercargill from South Africa at the end of 2025. We contacted Wendy to view a house which was ready under contract. She arranged the viewing for the next day and explained how we would be placed if we were to do a back-up offer. She listened very carefully to what we were looking for and advised she had a property that will list in the coming week. She arranged a viewing the very next day. We fell in love with the house, which was to be sold by auction. Being new to the country, Wendy explained the process and assisted as far as possible for us to be auction ready. She gave us useful tips on auction day, and this was what we needed to be successful. We are so grateful for Wendy's kind and caring skill and experience.
