Experience and Knowledge

After communicating with Wei more than a year before we went to market, we felt at ease with employing her to sell our large character family home in Epsom. Wei has knowledge of the market, an architectural background and is a thorough communicator. She was joined by her son, Jed in our campaign. The marketing collateral was top notch with excellent photos, script and video and the exposure over a three week campaign was wide spread with plenty of interested parties visiting the property. Wei knows a lot of people and properties and maintains an excellent buyer data base which she contacts when new suitable properties arise. She had time for any buyers and their questions and was proactive in following up with potential purchasers. We chose to go to auction and the buyers were well prepared with pre auction agreements in place if necessary. We had 4 interested parties at the auction and, while the auction did not take off as planned, Wei and her son Jed spent time with each interested party resulting two post auction offers to consider. We signed an agreement that evening and are happy with the price we received, especially in this market. We highly recommend Wei to any vendor wishing to sell their home and we are thankful for her and her team's diligence.
