We interviewed 3 agents before listing our property with Wei Wei Elder. What impressed us about Wei Wei was her sense of urgency and telling us what to do before she was even appointed. I recently sold my apartment in Newmarket with WeiWei Elder, from Bayleys Remuera. She is an exceptional agent, very hard working and quick to make things happen. She took charge of dealing with the staging company, showing them in and out, meeting with painters on site and talking to our Body Corp secretary to find out extra information potential buyers were asking about. She gave a very high estimate, way above other agents, which unfortunately wasn't reached on auction day, but was still above other agents appraisals. She also managed to have 4 interested parties bidding at the auction and we negotiated a fair price for everyone on the day. She has a natural flair and way of communicating with many different people and has a huge advantage in speaking Mandarin.
